We design the architecture that tells your AI what to do — and where not to go.
Law firms know they need to adopt AI. Most have no idea where to start, what to build, or how to govern it. That’s exactly what the AI-handoff section of a Blueprint addresses.
Why Claude, and why now
Outside of software developers, lawyers are among the most active professional groups on Claude. Anthropic’s connector architecture is designed so Claude draws from live, verified sources — case-law databases, court opinions, document repositories — rather than generating answers from memory. For legal work, where an authoritative-sounding hallucination is worse than no answer, that grounding matters.
ABA Formal Opinion 512 (July 2024) confirmed generative-AI use is permissible so long as counsel maintains competence, supervision, and confidentiality. Every firm will need a policy and an architecture to meet those three duties. That architecture is what we build.
What the AI-handoff spec covers
Where AI can operate
We identify high-leverage tasks — intake summarization, document drafting, record review — that can be safely delegated.
Prompt & context architecture
The Developer Handoff Spec details system prompts, document-parsing rules, and API connections to run private, secure operations over the firm’s documents.
Where humans stay in the loop
The Decision Register documents exactly where attorneys must remain in control — approvals, final filings — versus where AI can act autonomously.
An honest claim about our relationship
We don’t sell AI implementations, and we’re not a reseller. Lloyd Solves uses Claude internally every day and designs AI-ready architectures that specify Claude as a recommended model. We’re platform-neutral by principle — the Blueprint decides where any model fits, and where it doesn’t.
Before you build anything else
Design the future of your firm before anyone starts clicking.
A 20–30 minute Future Design Call decides whether the right next step is a Blueprint, a Sprint, or simply a referral. No pitch. Just clarity.
Not a fit if you already know exactly what to build and just need a builder. We'll happily refer you.
