Cookies and Tracking Technologies
This section describes the technologies used on lloydsolves.com. Apart from what is strictly necessary, none of them runs until you make a choice in the Privacy choices banner.
Strictly Necessary
- Site session and security: A first-party session cookie used to operate and secure the site.
- Your privacy choice: A first-party cookie named
lloyd_consentthat stores the categories you allowed, for up to 180 days.
Optional Categories
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (Google) and PostHog measure page views, clicks
and how visitors move through the site. They set cookies and use local storage. If you arrive
through a link that carries a visitor identifier (a
vidparameter), PostHog may associate your visit with that identifier. These tools load only after you allow Analytics. Google Consent Mode is set to deny analytics and advertising storage by default, and Google Analytics is not loaded until you allow Analytics. We do not use advertising features. - Session replay: With your permission, PostHog records how pages are used (for example scrolling and clicks) so we can improve the site. Text you type into form fields is masked and not recorded. Session replay runs only if you allow both Analytics and Session replay.
- Embedded media: Videos are served from YouTube using youtube-nocookie.com. A player loads only after you click to load it or allow Embedded media. Once a player loads, YouTube and Google may receive information about your visit under their own policies.
- Form protection: Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam. Forms need it to submit. If you allow Form protection, reCAPTCHA loads when a page with a form opens. If not, it loads only when you start using a form. reCAPTCHA sends information such as your IP address and browser details to Google.
Managing Your Preferences
Use Privacy choices (also in the site footer) to accept, reject or change each optional category at any time. If you withdraw a choice, the page reloads without the tools you turned off. You can also refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we treat it as a rejection of Analytics, Session replay and Embedded media, and the banner is not shown automatically.
Policy Updates and Notification Procedures
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Significant changes will be posted on our website, and users may receive direct notifications. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
